2 Secret Books for Younger Skin

I love to read a good book, especially the ones that will teach you something! If you ask my close friends, they all know I don’t read novels but I am all about books that help us achieves our goals. In the past two years of my life, I noticed a drastic change in my skin, and after recommendations from friends (older than me with amazing skin) I found two amazing books that have helped me reverse the signs of aging. I am very excited to share with you guys because I feel like not many people really know about these two little gems! Both of these amazing books will teach you how to improve your skin from the inside out. Here’s what to expect in each book:

1.” Glow 15″ by Naomi Whittel

This book is a science-based plan to lose weight, revitalize your skin, and invigorate your life. It is ideal if you feel as your aging has accelerated, or if you want a natural way to lose weight or perhaps you wish you had more energy to get through your busy schedule. This book will guide you through all the steps for you to overall improve your lifestyle quality and as a result, your skin will be glowing. It will explain the science of autography (the process which cells remove toxins, recycle parts and repair their own damage). Also, it will point out the keys to have a longer lasting glowing skin through diet, energy, exercise, sleep and beauty!

2.”Younger Skin Starts in The Gut” by Nigma Talib 

This book is a 4-week program to recognize and eliminate possible skin triggers such as gluten, wine, dairy and sugar. These four components are usually in everyone’s daily meal but they are also the reason for inflammation and maybe that’s why you can’t really stick to a diet plan and even eating the “healthy” food is getting you nowhere. This book was definitely a life change for me as I not only adapted to my everyday routine but I have experienced on my mom as well. For a whole month, I was buying my mom all of her groceries and I made sure she was following the recipes in the book. By the end of the 4 weeks, she was not only lbs down and she was no longer complaining about her low back pain arthritis and her skin was the youths I’ve ever seen! In this book, I found out about eating too much of the wrong foods is bad for your digestion; and what’s worse, it shows up in your face as wrinkles, blemishes, bags and more.  Luckily, this book will help you heal your gut and reverse its negative effects on your skin.
